European news platform about to start

The international consortium, headed by pressetext.europa, is being funded by the European Commission

Over the past weeks, seven project partners from six European countries have come together to begin work on an international news distribution system. The “intelligent NEws DIstribution Network” or NEDINE project, which was initiated by Vienna-based pressetext.europa, aims to develop a technology platform to encourage the exchange of editorial and commercial press information throughout Europe. The project has been allocated 1.45 million euros in funds and will run for 24 months. It is being subsidised by the European Commission as part of its eContent programme...
